Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Basic insurance means damage to a vehicle if the user is not guilty in a given accident, that is, if the user did not drive a rented vehicle in an intoxicated state.
There is a possibility of renting a vehicle with full comprehensive insurance with additional payment to the agency.
For rent of motorbikes and scooters, only basic insurance is included, while full casco insurance for motorbikes and scooters is not possible.
Full casco Insurance or CDW Full casco, includes:
The user has no part in the damage to the body
The user has no part in the damage caused by the glass
Securing a vehicle from theft without involvement.
Full casco insurance does not cover rim / tire damage, lost document damage, broken-key vehicle damage, and vehicle accessories.
In order for the insurance to be valid, a police report / record is required when returning the vehicle to the agency, otherwise the client is obliged to pay the entire amount of damage that occurred during the rent.
